MODEL: ARIA NICOLE

A customer ordered Aria from a corporation that offers a special service. The customer is allowed to do whatever he wants with the ordered item. This customer plans to slowly strangle Aria and film the entire thing with two cameras. Aria tries to convince the customer that she will bring more joy alive, but the customer is unmoved. He strangles Aria and films everything with his POV camera. He also has backup to film the murder from other angles.

This project generated so much good material that, instead of my usual combination of POV and guided camera work, I created two separate versions. The story is the same, but besides the different camera angles, there are also minor differences in the editing. Both versions include a few outtakes from their respective camera shots after the credits.

Another reason I offer two versions is that the POV shots are in 4:3 format. I didn’t want to crop out any part of Aria and thus reduce the image size. The POV version also includes a slight vignetting effect at the edges of the image. This further enhances the POV feel. (No fisheye effect)
