Josie reads about a serial scarf strangler killing women in her neighborhood, but she thinks nothing of it when she hears a mysterious knock on her door… She goes to answer and nobody is there. Josie checks around, and a masked intruder suddenly rushes her, grabbing on to the scarf and pulling it tight. He pushes her into her home and shuts the door behind her while she gasps for air hyperventilating. Josie collapses to her knees and struggles hard while her long tongue sticks out. She grasps at the scarf and the attacker but cannot break free. She falls further all the way on the ground face first, and the man pulls the scarf up continuing to strangle her relentlessly. She kicks and wiggles but she has not chance to get free. Soon she collapses face first against the ground knocked out with her eyes closed. The man grabs her face, then drags her to the other room.

He sets her down on the couch and removes her coat, leaving the scarf on. He runs his hands across her face and she suddenly wakes up. He grabs the scarf from either end and moves behind her. Josie falls back while gasping for air, trying to get off the couch but just kicking her feet into the air while the intruder holds her back. Her face goes wide as she gasps desperately for air but remains firmly in place while strangles hard. Her tongue sticks out far and her feet keep kicking in the air while the attacker puts all his weight into pulling the scarf as hard as he can. Eventually Josie can no longer sit upright, laid back on the couch while the intruder finishes her off. She shakes and spasms, her body desperate for oxygen but her fate is sealed. The intruder moves his position and get on top of her to watch her from the front. He pulls the scarf again and pushes up against her. Jose whimpers in agony as her life slips away. After much struggle she fades away completely, her hand lodged up against the scarf with her eyes frozen open and her mouth agape. The killer takes some close looks, then snaps a couple of photos of her dead body as a trophy before he makes his escape.
